Adopt-A-Highway Road Cleanup

Community Service is one of the pillars of Fellowship of Freethought's mission. Our members have proudly kept our adopted stretch of highway clean since 2010! We care about the environment and we "walk the talk!" Come help us clean up our stretch of adopted highway and demonstrate our Humanist values of giving back!

We start in the middle of our prominent 2-mile stretch at Walgreens and carry our trash to the FOFD signs as requested by the Texas Adopt-a-Highway program.

Reflective vests, gloves, bottled water and trash bags will be provided. Please wear comfortable shoes!

Children must be at least 7 years of age to participate because this is a busy road.

You can join us for a late lunch after the event for additional comradery.

If you would like to contribute, but are unable to join in the cleanup, consider making a donation with the Subscribe or Donate buttons on the FOF webpage at: www.fofdallas.org . Choose to Apply your donation directly to our Community Service events and outreach programs by selecting "Humanist Outreach Team (HOT)" from the drop down box.
