Do I need to have any football experience to join this meetup?

No, you don't need any prior football experience. Our group is open to all skill levels, and we encourage beginners to come and learn with us.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

We will provide all necessary equipment for the game, including footballs, cones, and other gear. If you have your own equipment, you're welcome to bring it, but it's not required.

What should I wear to the game?

Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and shoes suitable for running and playing on grass.

Is there an age requirement for joining the group?

We welcome women of all ages to our group, as long as you're over 18 years old.

How long does the game last?

Our games typically last for about 90 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down periods.

What if I'm not sure if I'm ready to play a full game?

We understand that some attendees may prefer to start off with light exercises and drills before participating in the full game. We're happy to accommodate your needs and ensure that you have a positive experience.

Is there a fee for joining the group?

This game is made FREE to attend to help the Women's football movement. Please come to our meetup and have some fun. It is absolutely FREE to attend. 🙂

Some of you insisted that you want to contribute to the equipment, water, etc as well, so we did set up a donation link due to your requests. Donate ONLY if you can afford it and also if it is 💯% from you heart. We treat everyone the same whether you have or have not contributed.

Can I bring a friend to the game?

Yes, you're welcome to invite friends to come and play with us! Please make sure that they also register on our Meetup.com page and RSVP to the event.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the game?

The game will go ahead even if it is raining. It's Ireland and rain is something we can't avoid, so let's get out and have some fun.
