Enjoy forest bathing along the Snail Trail and Henderson Creek at the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center in Naples.
Also known as shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow, quiet, guided sensory experience with nature that helps people relax. It has physical and mental health benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety and helping with cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Your ticket includes same-day admission to the two-story nature center that has aquariums, touch tank, exhibits, butterfly garden, picnic areas, art gallery, and gift shop.
This program is for ages 18+. Plenty of free parking. Restrooms available.

Go forest bathing in the largest green space in the City of Fort Myers boundaries at the Calusa Nature Center.
A certified forest bathing guide will offer a guided meditation and series of invitations to connect with nature, relax and unwind.
The center's shaded, unpaved trails on 105 acres feature pine flatwoods, part of a cypress dome, a canal berm, and other native plants. In addition to native wildlife, see and hear aviary residents that include eagles, vultures, a hawk and an owl.
The nature center is closed to the public during the forest bathing program, providing a private experience.
Enjoy the center’s indoor animal and natural history exhibits for 30 minutes prior to and after the forest bathing program. (Note: the planetarium is not open on the forest bathing day.)

Enjoy a relaxing forest bathing experience at the serene 26-acre Unity of Naples campus off of Davis Boulevard and behind Seacrest Country Day School.
Also known as shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow, quiet, guided sensory experience with nature with physical and mental health benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety and helping with cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Unity's wooded property features a short trail system, scenic pond, and labyrinth. There will be some low-impact walking on unpaved ground (though outdoor seating and paved areas are available).

Go forest bathing among the colorful and deliciously-scented Jessie’s Tropical Fruit Farm in Naples. During this sensory-based wellness program, discover the colors, textures and tastes from some of 1,500 plants and more than 70 varieties that include dragon fruit, passionfruit, banana, mango, soursop, lychee, star apple and Barbados cherry.
The farm is closed to the public during the forest bathing program, providing a private experience. Shop the farm’s fruit, jams, soaps and plants afterward.
The program fee includes a Jessie's Tropical Fruit Farm tote bag and a lemongrass plant.
