There’s a deep water aquafit class at the Canada Games Aquatic Center on Wonderland Road starting at 11:15 am for 45 minutes.
Cost is $6.50 in person at the door or you can use your PLAY YOUR WAY membership card used for all City Of London recreational services.
We’ll meetup in the locale room where you can store your own possessions.
Bring a lock for your locker.
Life jackets, floaties and exercise equipment is all provided free of charge.
