Please join us for our annual celebration, hosted by your organizers, Colleen, Betsy, Monique, Kim, Jenelle and Kathy.

We open our annual event with light appetizer choices (2) with a NEW wine station. Appetizers and the wine station are hosted by Forever Fierce.

The gift exchange will be **by table.** We added other social events, so this is a change, too. You keep your gift with you at your seated table. Details on the game will be shared day of. The gift exchange is a gift value of $25 - **No gag gifts, **please!

For the menu. This is a prixe fixe 3-course menu of either Thai Ribs, Rotissierie chicken or Bronzed Trout, with salad, dessert and soft drinks, iced tea or coffee. The cost is $40 per person, including tax and tip. Cash bar is available.

Prepayment is preferred. Kathy will make payment at the site so if you don’t prepay, you need to bring cash. It is better for the organizers to have this finalized before so that we can fully join in the fun with you instead of stressing about the bill. You may **NOT** pay by card day of. (Betsy has some fancy party app that will send you the invite with a link to Venmo to pay.)

RSVP cut off is December 5. If you commit, please plan to join us for what has become a favorite annual event. (That is a nice way of saying if you cancel after Dec 5, we are on the hook for paying for your meal.)

We do have some business items to finalize at the event. We will discuss the name change and offer times for Pickleball sessions. We also like reflecting on what went well during the year and surprises we need to avoid!
