Join our Fort Lauderdale ladies wellness group for a special ladies night out.

Over dinner, I will facilitate a mastermind for you to connect with like minded women to discuss & problem solve challenges around self empowerment, goals and of course wellness.

Each person will have a set amount of time to present a challenge or question they need help with, followed by feedback and brainstorming from the group.
