About founder.coffee:
As a business owner, you are faced with many challenges. You're forced to make decisions every day that could make or break your business. founder.coffee is a way to network with other entrepreneurs to allow free-flowing information with the intent to collaborate and help each other. So often we're challenged and there's very little we can do to express our challenges with the people we work with or the people we care about. Think of founder.coffee as your own personal support group for business owners. We're all here to help! - (Portland) founder.coffee @ Yigebe Coffee (NE Portland)Authentic Ethiopian Coffee, Portland, OR
Yigebe Ethiopian Coffee is committed to providing genuine, ethically sourced Ethiopian coffee. We roast in-house and serve every cup fresh, offering Portland a true taste of Ethiopian coffee tradition. We choose the best beans and offer exceptional service that would please Grandma Yigebe.
Grandma Yigebashal Mulat, affectionately known as Grandma Yibege, was a beloved figure who fostered community through coffee. In her kitchen in Ethiopia, she greeted each day with laughter and shared stories over freshly roasted, ground, and brewed coffee. Grandma Yibege cherished this ritual, gathering friends and neighbors three times daily: morning, midday, and evening. Her coffee sessions weren’t just about refreshment; they were moments of connection and conversation, embodying Ethiopian culture’s social spirit. Yigebe Ethiopian Coffee honors her legacy, sharing her passion for community since our establishment in 2023.
