Welcome to the Foundry Square Artificial Intelligence Meetup. Our group features in-person speaker panels, interviews, and workshops that explore the intersections of AI and society, ethics, social innovation, and open innovation. Join us for engaging discussions and networking opportunities with professionals passionate about artificial intelligence and the exciting impact it will have on the future of humanity.
Adjacent to the Salesforce complex, Foundry Square is the name of a large commercial development and microneighborhood at the intersection of 1st and Howard Streets in San Francisco. It is also one of the emerging global epicenters of AI development, with several notable AI companies recently leasing office space, including Anthropic.
Our meetup is flipping the agenda...literally. Unlike most meetups — which start with networking, snacks, and drinks — we jump right into the content and push socializing and networking to the end. Why? Because the meetup is intentionally held every first Thursday of the month, coinciding with the super-popular street festival Downtown First Thursdays, which takes place less than one block away. The event draws TENS OF THOUSANDS of locals and has breathed life back into downtown.
