" Boost Dance " Adults & Children

On Wednesday, December 4th there will be an exciting opportunity for adults and children to come dance and play.
The creative and funny 45 min playlist will get children, nannies, friends, and grandparents connecting in an unusual funny way.

This workshop aims to create links through dance, allowing everyone to express themselves freely, discover their bodies, make new movements, know and share other facets of oneself in a warm, safe and inclusive atmosphere. Expect joyful moments, filled with laughter on the dance floor.

For adults this will be a parenthesis to let your inner child play, let go of heavy luggage and tensions and use music and mouvement as a way to deepen your connection with yourself and your child, nephew, grand child.

For children it's a great way to play with the body, get to know it better, get confidence in it, improve self esteem and share the same activity and rythmes with adults.

45 minutes of a varied and surprising playlist will accompany this safe moment of pure and simple expression of everything that is alive in you at the moment. There will be some mouvement invitations here and there to add some fun and play to the moment.

In the end we'll share a little snack moment at the entrance to further connect and share.

Contribution: 8€ > 15€. Children have free entrance.

👕 How: with comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Bring a little snack and change of clothes because you may sweat well.
💸 Price: sliding scale from 8€ > 15€. Free entrance fro children.
