Is happiness overrated ?

Are you curious about happiness? This is a positive psychology seminar hosted in my flat in le Marais. I will aim to answer questions by summarising data i have gathered over the years as someone with a psychology background.

Is happiness overrated? Are humans bad at predicting what will make them truly fulfilled in life? What are psychologists finding in the research of what constitutes a good life? Should we aspire to be philanthropists or rich ? Does money truly not buy happiness or is it more complicated than that?

I aim to answer these questions as thoroughly as possible using an evidence based lense.
