A monthly face to face therapy and skills development program for adults living in Canberra and surrounds who have an ADHD diagnosis or who suspect they have ADHD, and who would like to learn about the condition and discover skills to better manage their daily lives.

Group therapy has been shown to be very effective for clients with ADHD as it promotes connection and encourages accountability among the group participants.

The group will be led by Canberra counsellor Simon Tidy who has extensive experience working clients with ADHD.

Each session will cover a different topic and involve psycho-education, strategies and coping mechanisms to help navigate the challenges of living with ADHD.

For a monthly subscription, group participants will also have access to a 50 minute individual session with a trained counsellor as well as access to a private and confidential online chat forum where between sessions they can ask questions, share their thoughts and experiences and provide support and accountability for all those involved in the group.
