Who am I?
I am Mamta, Founder of Soul Veda Art, where I intentionally combine Meditation and Art.

What is special about my art process ?
I use therapeutic art techniques that blend well into the Mantra Chanting, Pranayama and Meditation. With my Art sessions I want to provide a familiar and intimate atmosphere, where you can connect to the present moment, become grounded and connected to your environment and yourself to forget about the stress around you.

What will you learn?
You will learn about Yoga, Pranayama and Mantras and what the Process of making Art has in common with these ancient practices.
