Schwarzenfels Castle Christmas market through Spessart via Ramholz Palace

We start in Sterbfritz and hike to Ramholz Palace. From there we continue through the hills of Spessart until we reach Schwarzenfels. We will visit the Christmas market there until a bit after sunset. Then we hike back to Sterbfritz, which is a distance of 4.6 km, in darkness. So please bring appropriate lighting.

We meet in Fra Hbf at 9:15 at the beginning of platform 5 for RE50 departing at 9:26. A Deutschlandticket or RMV annual ticket is recommended, but you can also buy a single day ticket.

The distance is ca. 18 km. Have a look at the route and elevation in the photos section. Bring beverages & food for the way with you.
