From Wächtersbach Palace to Christmas market in the Steinau Castle

We start in Wächtersbach and hike to the palace there. We continue to Salmünster and pass the monastery there. Then we hike to Bad Soden and visit the Kurpark and palace. We continue to Steinau and visit the Christmas market, which is in and around the Steinau Castle.

We meet in Fra Hbf at 9:15 at the beginning of platform 5 for RE50 departing at 9:26. A Deutschlandticket or RMV annual ticket is recommended, but you can also buy a single day ticket.

The distance is ca. 19 km. Have a look at the route and elevation in the photos section. Bring beverages & food for the way with you.
