Young Adults Spiritual discussions offer a relaxed setting for exploring spiritual truths and how we live them. You’re warmly invited to join us to share spiritual insights and experiences, ask questions, or just listen.
All you need to do is read and practice the technique below and bring your spiritual experiences, stories, and insights to the discussion.
“Sometimes we develop unhealthy habits.
“If you have a habit you'd like to release, ask the MAHANTA* [or your inner guide] for help.
“Imagine yourself living free from the habit. Visualize your body as a temple—clean, clear, and healthy. You feel lighter and full of fresh energy.
“In contemplation, chant the word for detachment, which is vairag (vie-RAHG). Imagine standing with the MAHANTA in front of a huge fan. The air from the fan is gently flowing over your body. As you chant vairag, feel layers of karma being blown away from you by the gentle currents. Stand in front of the fan as long as you'd like.
“Everything that is taken away is replaced with freedom and love.
“Tip: Watch and listen for the MAHANTA's guidance as he continues to help you make the change you desire.”
