What we’re about
When this group was created, the founding organizer had recently moved to Frederick, Maryland. She wanted to meet new women friends and get together for a cup of tea, enjoyable conversation, and occasional outings.
This spirit of friendship continues as Frederick Tea and Talk has grown and evolved. We now include a variety of activities based on current participants’ interests. There are garden tours, theater, museums, brunches, weekend outings and more.
We regularly host a FIRST TUESDAY (of each month) for a local get together and then add other teas, potluck lunches, and outings to the calendar. Sorry, please do not bring children to any of our teas or scheduled events. This is our time to relax :)
