What we’re about
Community, mindfulness, being outside, acceptance of all, and moving our bodies is what this group is all about. Are you looking to get outdoors, meet new people, and move your body in a very low pressured environment? If so, this is the perfect group for you. More Mindful Yoga hosts multiple outdoor yoga events throughout the week with an emphasis on community, accessibility, and holistic well being. All you need is a yoga mat (or towel, blanket, etc.) and a water bottle. There's nothing to lose, so come give it a try and see if it is right for you!
More Mindful Yoga's (MMY) mission is to bring yoga to Austin in an accessible way (financially and physically) that emphasizes mindfulness and community. More than anything we aim to create an environment where people feel welcomed and safe to move their bodies and connect with other people. Join us!

Free/Donation-Based Yoga at Mueller Park! Led by Sage Westfall, Certified Yoga Teacher. If you have any interest in getting outdoors, meeting new people, and/or yoga, this is perfect for you. All levels of yoga are welcome. Each flow will be taught in an accessible way taking into account the different levels of expertise. Before and after yoga, people are encouraged to hang out, chat, and meet new people. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
