This class is designed for first time practitioner of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. You may have done other kind of meditation before. As long as it's your first time for Sahaja Yoga meditation, this is the right class for you. If you have joined Sahaja Yoga with us or somewhere else before, please join our intermediate class which is another event that you can find in this meetup page.
We are open Thursday-Saturday 12pm-8pm and Sunday 12-7pm except when the Mall is closed.
