Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a natural and spontaneous process that can transform one’s life for the better. It is not about physical exercises but it is the discovery of a subtle system which lies within each and every one of us.
Through this meditation a dormant energy within us, called Kundalini, gently awakens and rises, spontaneously taking us into meditation. This is a state of thoughtless awareness which is peaceful, silent and in the moment, a natural experience which can be verified on our central nervous system.
Regular Sahaja Yoga meditation can help us to become much more peaceful, balanced and integrated – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
There is never a charge for Sahaja Yoga meetings.
