Hello there!
We'd like to welcome you to our FREE weekly Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings
With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required.
We are all volunteers of a Charity organisation and have many years of experience in offering free Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes.

These are difficult times. Many people are feeling the results of world events, in anxiety, difficulty sleeping or even depression.

But we don't have to passively accept the turmoil. We can take charge, and help ourselves to feel more at peace, calmer and more in control of our lives. Sahaja Yoga is a form of traditional meditation which teaches us how to tap into our inner silence. By energising subtle energies, we can dissolve tension and ease away those day to day worries which cause us distress.

Meditation has been used as a source of serenity for millennia. The combination of deep inner silence and a renewed spiritual awakening has helped thousands of people from all walks of life achieve a sense of balance they never thought possible.
We know there are many meditation practices on offer across the world, but we're confident that you'll find something special in Sahaja Yoga.

It's not just the meditation itself, it's the overall connection with our core being, the feeling of being comfortable in our own skin again. This comes from the powerful effect of the energies flowing in balance as they should do.

Meditation should be more than just feeling relaxed in the moment. It should lead to a transformative experience which takes us to a new level of awareness and empowerment. Over time we should grow and evolve into the person we know we can be, the person which maybe we've lost as we've faced the challenges of adult life.
But please don't take our word for it, come and experience the reality for yourself at any of our weekly FREE meetings. You're always welcome to our safe space, and our volunteer experts are always ready to help.

All classes are free. No strings, no catch. A few minutes may be all it takes to change your life forever. Really!
