Frequency and Energy Healing in Grayslake

Experience the healing energies of Reiki together with our group. Some are new to Reiki, others are experienced Reiki Master or somewhere in-between.
We start with a group meditation followed by table work. If this is your first time, you will be guided by experienced Reiki practitioners or if you need to brush a little dust off old knowledge in a safe space, join us! There is always something to learn or share for everyone at every level or background. We are an inclusive group celebrating love and light.

What is Family Constellations? This is a form of healing with a focus on healing relationships and generational trauma within families. This will be done in a group setting to release and move forward from these experiences that continue to impact us. Participants will support and receive from each other as the energetic entanglements of familial and ancestral trauma are transmuted. Blocks released can be around money,
manifestations, beliefs, patterns of behavior, etc.
The cost for this class is $44 if you pre-register $50 at the door
