Welcome to the Stockholm Badminton Meetup! We are excited to bring together badminton enthusiasts from around the city to enjoy the game, meet new people and improve their skills. Whether you're a beginner just looking to learn the basics or an experienced player looking for a challenge, we welcome all skill levels to join us. We'll be meeting regularly at Frescati Sports Centre, where you can expect to find friendly and supportive players who are passionate about badminton. So come join us to have fun, work up a sweat and make new friends!

We play mixed level. Most of players will be around intermediate level. Sometime we have advanced players and occasionally beginners. We will balance the player during the game so everyone can have fun (Satu will arrange the players and the courts).
We play with plastic shuttle. If you are playing with feathers, you can bring your own feather shuttle. Most of us would not mind playing with feathers.
MATCH FEE
Match fee is 100 sek per person, for court rent and shuttle (plastics).
Pay via Swish to Satu , 073 5899 008. Please pay in advance to book the spot. RSVP without swish will not be counted. If you are on the waiting list, you can swish me and i will move you to the guest list (given there are players on the guest list that have not swished). if you didnt get the spot, I will swish you back.REQUIREMENTS
- Sportswear
- Separate non-marking indoor badminton shoes
- Badminton Racket (If you don't have own rackets, there is a facility for renting at the reception at your own cost. Facility operates cash-free)
- Proper warm-ups. (Good for smashes! and also to avoid injuries)
REGULAR SESSION
If you cannot join this session, you can write me on private (meetup) or Whatsapp 0735899008. We play every wednesday evening, Friday evening, and Sunday morning.TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATE
If you are beginner or intermediate, and interested to do some training to improve your skills, We have two options: train with professional with our Racket Sports Club or Satu (non professional) can help with little coaching as well. Just let us know if you are interested in this.Best Wishes,
