Welcome! We are a simply a group of people who are interested in meditation and enjoy the experience of meditating together in a group. Time for Healing – Creative Meditation - Sit back, relax and be guided through a mind and body relaxation and visualization. Leave with an increased sense of well-being, with a positive and peaceful state of mind Suitable for both beginners and those who are more experienced in meditation. The meetings are suitable for both beginners and seasoned meditators. The hour of meditation includes a combination of meditation commentary, music and silence. After the meditation we read a thoughtful passage followed by discussion.
