Come join us for some sprint training at the Immaculata Highschool track and field track!
Sprinting and other high-intensity activities offer numerous benefits for both the body and mind, including improved cardiovascular health, increased muscle strength, and enhanced mental clarity. Whether you're a seasoned sprinter or just starting, our club is a friendly and supportive place to improve your fitness and have fun. We meet every Sunday at 11:30 am at the track at Immaculata High School, and occasionally extend our activities to nearby restaurants and cafes after the workout.
Sprinting is a high-intensity workout so we will start off with some light warm ups and a quick stretching routine. Then, the real fun begins!
