Cost to play: £5 (cash on night)

Cancellation less than 24hrs: £6

Failure to turn up: £8

Whilst we are not a club you will need to be able to play badminton to a set level and have an understanding of the rules.

Waiting list
If you are on the waiting list then you are agreeeing to play if a spot becomes available.

If you can no longer play on that date then please change your availability to play. The same fees for cancelling or failing to turn up apply.

Cancellation
Failure to cancel at less than 24hrs means that you still have to pay. The cost for this is £6.

If it is noted to happen regularly then you could find yourself removed to the waiting list to allow others the chance to play.

Failure to turn up.
Failing to turn up means others can’t play, if this happens then you will be expected to pay £8 and if happens more than once you will be placed on the waiting list until the last spot becomes available.

The new rules/costings have been introduced following feedback from others within the group. These will be reviewed continually.

Contact is made regularly to see if a third court is available but currently this is not the case. If one is booked as a trial then the cost for that session could increase to cover costs and would be based on the number attending - this has come from requests being made within the group.
