Meditative Walk & Forest Bathing, Spirit Park, UBC. 3km to 6km options :)

Please meet inside the McDonalds on University Boulevard. At Allison Road. We will take a very short bus ride to the University Golf Course, and walk from there. This walk will go ahead, rain or shine. Organizers are not magic - we cannot predict the weather or the temperature.

The Pacific Spirit Park is a large and beautiful second-growth forest park on the west side of Vancouver, next to the University of British Columbia. We can adjust the pace and length of this walk to suit the least mobile of us. If it makes sense, numbers etc, then I could accompany the mobile challenged and the more athletic could go ahead on their own. A little flexibility and patience is helpful please.
