Parking: 2496 Berkley is a house address close to meeting spot.
Park on Hyannis drive.

Distance: 4 km, 50M elevation gain. Terrain: possible muddy puddles, board walk, slight elevation gain. Rain forecast

Route/ Meeting Spot: Baden Powell Trail Head on right side of Hyannis drive. Push pin on map in correct location. BP to Bridal, back on Hyannis trail. May add more to make it longer. Not going down to Seymour river.

Make Sure you understand where to meet: You get to Berkley from Seymour park way.
