OTHER RULES
RSVP COURTESY
PLEASE keep your RSVP up to date.
This is always important so hosts know who we’re looking out for also where spaces are limited. It’s unfair to members on the waiting list to say you’re taking a place and not turn up.
Also if you’re on the waiting list and someone drops out you will be automatically added as an attendee in chronological order (the app does this automatically) So please keep an eye out and again change your RSVP if you can no longer attend.
Members who repeatedly RSVP and do not attend may be removed from the group.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
All members are responsible for their own safety while on activities with Friends @ The Coast. Please take sensible precaution, wear appropriate clothing and ensure you have the right level of fitness for activities. Please also be kind and look out for others who may need help.
By attending events you accept that you do so at your own risk. Neither Friends @ The Coast nor the event organiser/host are responsible for your health, safety or wellbeing.
We reserve the right to request covid vaccinated guests only at some events if necessary for health and safety reasons.

DRUGS and SMOKING
Illegal drug use is strictly forbidden on Friends @ The Coast events. If you are found using drugs you will be removed from the group.
Smoking is permitted outside as per UK legislation. Please do not smoke in near proximity to other group members unless they have expressed it’s ok to do so.

ZERO TOLERANCE
We operate a zero tolerance approach to antisocial behaviour of any type.
No bullying, no harassment, no discrimination etc.
Please be courteous and treat each other with kindness.
Please report any unwanted behaviour to me and it will be addressed as a matter of urgency. Members found breaking this rule will be immediately removed from the group.
