- Stone Griffin Vineyard Wine TastingNeeds location
Stone Griffon Vineyard opened our tasting room on Carlton’s Main Street in February 2015. We are a small, family owned and operated winery, producing approximately 1800 cases of wine with the 2016 harvest, with 12 different vintages and varietals produced.
Being a smaller facility, our goal is to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable asking those “dumb” questions about wine and winemaking. Really, there are no dumb questions for someone who wants to know more about wine and wishes to enhance their wine tasting experience. Our guests are treated like guests in our home. Our tasting fee is $25 per person. It is waived with a $50 purchase per person.

Hyland Vineyard has been a part of the Willamette Valley since 1971. You can’t talk about the origins of Oregon winemaking without mentioning the gentle giant overlooking the Van Duzer corridor. Untouched, unmoved and self-rooted, Hyland’s gnarly 50-year old vines remain entrenched in red volcanic Jory soil. They’ve been there since the beginning, watching as new neighbors have moved in and planted their own vineyards.
They do serve food and have a small menu that includes a Charcuterie Board, that Joe said he could give to us for $10/pp. They would like advance notice on this though, so let me know if you are interested in getting this.
Tasting fee is $30/pp.Hyland Estates Winery
