Join us for a walk around the Kangaroo Point - City Loop. We'll meet outside the Kangaroo Point - Holman Street Ferry Terminal (near the Jazz Club). We walk down to Goodwill Bridge, through Botanical Gardens, Eagle St Pier, then back over the Story Bridge. 5:55pm for 6:00pm Start.
Walk at your own pace as we stop at a number of catch up points along the way so you won't get left behind. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
Relax... Even if it your first time, we aim to make all feel welcome and it's a good idea to turn up a little early.
Optionally... After the walk, we stop at the Story Bridge Hotel for dinner and / or a drink, a great way to socialise in a group setting. The conversation is more dynamic in the group setting, so if your a bit shy you can enjoy being a listener, if there's a topic your passionate about, you can jump right in on it.

There is plenty of free parking from 5pm. We recommend parking near the Story Bridge Hotel (Main or adjacent streets) and walking down to the park where we start from. Plan on arriving a little early (10-15 minutes) we can have a chat and you have a buffer if traffic is poor. We do leave on time and once started I don't get a chance to check for messages as it is unsafe do while walking.
If there is mild rain I'll do the walk, but, if it is pouring down or well set in, I'll just do dinner.
Remember we are all adults so... I thank you as my guests that you bring your manners and be respectful!
