From the Math to the Masses

This is a group to talk everything Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Science, or whatever they are calling this stuff these days. Its main goal is to critically discuss their potential and limitations under the light of their statistical foundations, as well as their influence in shaping tech and society in the 21st century.

Nevertheless, any relevant respectful discussion is welcome: networking, being right, teaching, being wrong, learning, having a good time, and the journey are as important as everything else.

There are no technical requirements to join the group. Everyone is welcome regardless of background or skill. Discussions will flow naturally from the active member's interests.
