Krav Maga/Women’s Self Defense 1st Indoor Venue!

Would you know how to defend yourself or a loved one if attacked by a stranger and put in a life threatening situation? Could you quickly and efficiently neutralize a much larger and stronger attacker or an assailant with a deadly weapon? If you want to learn how to be prepared to deal with these types of frightening scenarios, then this is the class for you!Krav Maga is an Israeli self defense system that is renowned for its practicality and effectiveness. Beginners welcome but participants should have no major health issues and come ready to work up a sweat and have fun. Wear workout or other loose fitting clothing. Bring focus mitts, kick pads and boxing or MMA gloves if you have them, but not required.The instructor is retired DEA Special Agent Don Canestraro. Don has 8 years of Krav Maga experience and had 22 years of law enforcement experience. He is a DEA certified tactical instructor. He has taught tactics to SWAT, Counter Terror and Narcotics units throughout the United States and also units from Chile, Guyana, Peru, Qatar and Uzbekistan, the Bahamas, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.The focus will be on women’s self defense. Men can attend as well.
