Hello and Welcome to The Metro Detroit Fun & Fitness meetup site. This site is owned by the GM Ski Club. For those who are unfamiliar with us we are more than just a ski club and we are not affiliated with General Motors (long story). We are simply a dynamic social club. We use this site to reach out to active folks like you, let you know what we have going on and invite you to participate in our events. Although some events have discounted prices for members of the GM Ski Club, you don't have to be a member of the club to participate. We hope to see you soon at our upcoming events. Enjoy fitness activities like Biking, Hiking, Camping, Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Kayaking, etc , laugh and have fun while at it. When weather permits outdoor games like Sand Volleyball is also planned. Not so Hardcore, fitness but fun fitness... For just plain fun, there's concerts, eating out, or just meet'n'greet events.

After years of hosting this popular event at a private residence, we’ve outgrown it and decided to move it to a hall. Here we will have much more room for seating, dancing, playing games, etc. In addition, dinner will be catered by the hall.
