Let's enjoy a leisurely walk around the beautiful Naples Island in Long Beach. We will meet at the Long Beach Yacht Club where there is ample parking. 6201 E. Appian Way, Long Beach

This is a 3 mile walk where we can enjoy the stunning homes, gardens and canals, so make sure to wear some comfy shoes. The pathway is all one level, and stairs are optional for those who want to show off their superior fitness levels!

Following our walk, we will be meeting at Urban Plates restaurant at the 2nd and PCH shopping center (which also has a Whole Foods in case you want to do some grocery shopping later!) You are welcome to do both the walk and lunch, or just meet us for lunch later. We should be at Urban Plates between 12 and 12.30pm. If you get there before us, please save 15 seats as they don't take reservations!! Thank you🤩

Celebrate the season with a Holiday Dessert Swap Party—a fun and festive way to kick off the holidays!

Each guest brings six dozen (or more) of one special homemade dessert to exchange with others. With everyone bringing something unique, you’ll go home with an assortment of treats to enjoy yourself, share with family, or give as gifts to neighbors, colleagues, or friends.

Plus, it’s an amazing way to connect with our special group—learning about each other’s holiday traditions through food, having some laughs, and playing Left, Right, Center for added fun!

Choose a special holiday dessert to share, whether it’s festive fudge, chocolate-covered strawberries or dried fruit, dipped pretzels, buckeyes, rum balls, scones, brownies, cupcakes, or holiday-themed cookies.

What to Bring:

• Six dozen of a homemade treat—(it’s easier than you’d think—smaller portions and usually just doubling a recipe)
• Extra Tupperware or containers to bring desserts home
• A copy of your recipe to share
• Three $1 bills for Left, Right, Center game
• An appetizer or drink to share at the get-together
