Come learn the ABCs of Pilates: Alignment, Breath, and Control/Concentration/Core. Like Yoga, Pilates is a mind-body discipline that helps integrate physical and mental aspects of our being. You'll learn to improve your posture and stand taller, tighten and firm your midsection, and help your joints function better. This class is appropriate for beginners. Each session will include core work and stretching to leave you relaxed and ready for the rest of your day!
Wear your favorite jockstrap or any comfortable clothes that allow you to move. (For those who prefer to "rock out with your cock out," see the Naked Pilates classes in the Naked Yoga and Wellness Group.)
