If you are intimidated by yoga, or maybe want more focused work on opening up your joints. this class is for you! We'll use dynamic and static stretching in combination with mobility exercises to maintain or increase your range of motion and make it easier to move! (This class may be especially helpful with those who have arthritis or Parkinson's, but please consult your physician for any limitations or restrictions.)
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and plan to leave your footwear in the lobby, outside the studio.
