Highland Fling at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival

Grab your drinking horns! Join the Villagers of Folkstone as they invite one and all to the magical 16th Century European village featuring musicians, magicians, jugglers, jousting and over 100 artisans selling handcrafted goods.

This theme weekend is Highland Fling. Witness feats of strength and endurance in this clash of clans! Kick back in your kilt or join in the games of caber toss, tug of war, & corn hole. Cosplay is very much encouraged!

What to bring: It is usually pretty warm out, so I recommend bringing drinking water (a sealed 20 oz. water bottle is allowed, but they didn't say anything last year when I brought in my reusable one), a fan, sunscreen. You can bring along one pet for $10 if you register them and supply vaccination records.
