We had such an amazing time last time, we're doing it again! Let's go dance and bliss out at a **Sunset** **Silent Disco** in **West Palm Beach** on **Wednesday, December 18th.** Dancing skills not required! This is a cross between dance and meditation. It is incredibly freeing and lots of fun! Parts of this can be done with your eyes closed so no one can see what you're doing! Afterward, we can check out Sandi and the Holiday Sculptures downtown on the Green. Free. **ADVANCED REGISTRATION REQUIRED [see link below]**

**WHAT TO EXPECT?**
Registration reserves your set of silent disco headsets which sync music for everyone to enjoy. Facilitators will guide the experience and the dance portion will be followed by entertainment by a local musician or sound healer for an immersive live experience. 6:30 – 7:30 – Guided Dance Journey
7:30 – Share Your Experience

**MEET**: 6:10pm at the small Post Park off Evernia St. and S. Flagler, across the street on the south side of the Meyer Amphitheater.

**BRING/WEAR:** WATER, comfortable clothing and lots of water. You can dance barefoot or in shoes. Small towel is optional. Try not to bring too much, so that you can just move and not worry about your stuff.
