Hi! We are having an intimate group meeting at our home to share our 30 year journey and how we took Command of our own health after many years of darkness.

We are limited to 6 and like to keep it small and intimate. You are welcome to bring a guest. We will be serving some really healthy snacks. The best part is it’s free! Come just as you are, very casual.

Our next get together will be Thursday 11/14 at 7-9pm. We are fairly freeway close in Laguna Hills.
