If you’re looking for exercise and good conversation, join us for a 7-8km social walk around Bottle Lake Forest Wednesday evenings.

Our social walks are suitable for people of any age with a moderate level of fitness - we aim to walk anywhere from 8,000 to 10,000 steps with plenty of encouragement, reassurance and of course, great conversation.

We will meet outside the "information center" close to the Bottle Lake Forest car park at 6:30pm and aim to finish about 8:15pm.

As usual, please help and change your RSVP if your plans change.

What to bring:
✔️ Comfortable footwear - trainers/sneakers
✔️ Bottle of water (optional but recommended)
✔️ Warm jacket/top just in case it gets cold as the sun starts to go down
❌ Dogs are not permitted on this event

For those that are interested, we will meet for drinks and nibbles at The Rowdy Kitchen Bar & Eatery - 420 Marshland Road

Useful tip, Bottle Lake is organised in a grid-like pattern of roads:
♦️The north-south roads are named alphabetically Apple, Bravo, Charlie etc. across to the beach.
♦️The east-west avenues are numbered sequentially, starting from 10th by Spencer Park to the 28th by Parklands. Most junctions are signposted.
♦️Bottle Lake carpark is on Apple and 22nd Avenue
