Technical Divers - Enhanced SCUBA Skills Matrix

THIS EVENT WILL START FRIDAY @ 2:00PM and will be conducted both Saturday AND Sunday from 9:00AM to 1:00PM.

Cost is $250 per Training Day.

Doesn’t matter if you are a newly certified diver, or a gung-ho Techie, we can assure you our enhanced skills course will up your SCUBA Game!

If you are already a certified diver, this is an excellent first step towards taking the correct scuba diving courses. During this course you will learn to build a solid foundation of buoyancy, balance and trim with propulsion. Team and critical skills are conducted to develop autonomy within dive buddies and to a level where you can deal with the unexpected. Additionally, this is an excellent primer for any of our advanced level and technical courses. This course gives every diver an opportunity to learn to effortlessly hold your position, in horizontal trim, while maintaining excellent balance. These are hallmark traits of a truly solid diver.

Our instructors are all highly trained to top Recreational, Technical, and Sidemount disciplines. We’ve spent years focused on developing state of the art training programs designed to build divers to a level where they become truly autonomous. This way, you can expect to enjoy every dive going forward, and feel confident maximizing the underwater experience.

AQUI Water Sports is certified through Scuba Diving International (SDI) and Technical Diving International (TDI). The instructors we staff also come from extensive technical backgrounds and talk for some of the world's top leading agencies for quality. Our programs are globally recognized and accepted by all agencies within the World Recreational Scuba Training Council (WRSTC).

Course Costs

Technical Training - $250/day

To Reserve your spots, we require a 50% deposit prior, and full amount due within 7 days of training dates. Refunds are admitted if cancellations, or weather conditions prevent us from diving. Refunds are not admitted if cancelled within 2 days of training unless approved by AQUI Water Sports. We strive to offer the best experience (backed by true customer reviews, and dedication to our instructor development) and booking classes last minute isn’t as easy as Groupon. Much time and dedication goes into your personalized training.

Air fills/gear rentals are included.

IMPORTANT

There is a medical evaluation form that must be completed by EACH student. If any answer provided is a “YES”, you must have doctor approval to continue the course. No Exceptions.

NOTE: We believe in failure based training. We actively work with the diver, in CONTROLLED environments, to build skills through teaching failures underwater. We practice on land, develop protocols to mitigate, then exercise underwater. Repeat as necessary. Failures in the water can either be a breeze to deal with or catastrophic. You’ll gain experience in resolving them during the course through repeated practice in the CRITICAL SKILLS component.

Course equipment configuration is designed to be simple, efficient, and consistent.
