This is an all-level, slow flow class that combines the powerful pairing of two disciplines; fusing the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, Yang style of Vinyasa. This class will begin by opening the body to more flexibility and energy, encouraging a non-reactive quality of mind. After, class will move into a flow that consists of linking foundational yoga poses with breath.

Abby Sladek is a registered yoga teacher and meditation facilitator who specializes in private and small group instruction. Her philosophy is that yoga and meditation are practices that should be customized to each individual body and mind. Her classes are like Vinyasa with a twist-centered around building physical strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Abby welcomes all levels of students.
