Licking Hole Creek Trail – 4.5 easy dog friendly miles

My friend Christine Casey will lead us on a gentle hike in Crozet. We will meet at 10 AM on Friday, November 15th in the parking lot by the Claudius Crozet Park playground. (The parking lot at Claudius Crozet Park is large and split into 2 areas. Drive into Claudius Crozet Park, turn right and you will see the playground.) We will hike along the Licking Hole Creek Trail to an area where eagles are sometimes spotted.
Notes:
· Leashed pups are welcome.
· No need for poles since it is flat.
· Bring water because I am bossy about that.
· I don’t hike in the rain and will cancel if it’s nasty.
· For those interested, we will grab a bite at Sal’s in Crozet post hike.
