Parking/Meeting: Meet at the end of the parking lot closest to the lake. If you are new to this hiking location, it would be wise to arrive a few minutes early to be sure you find the group.
Time: 10 am. We will take a few minutes for introductions and Trivia while Trekking and then begin our walk.
Weather: Looks like it will one of the best hiking days this week. Cool, yet sunny - forecast in the low to mid 40s.A steady rain or light will cancel this activity. Cancellation notification will be made one hour prior to hike time.
Hike Preparation: Bring water! Hiking poles may be useful as the trails are sometimes muddy. Dogs are welcome! They should be on a short (max 6', non-retractable) leash, well-behaved, and capable of keeping up with the hikers. Bring water and bag(s) so you can hydrate and pick up after your dog.
