**Signature Program--Domestic & Sexual Violence Awareness & Prevention**
This committee's goal is to increase awareness of and help prevent the widespread occurrence of violence against women in communities across the nation – and the globe.

• Teen Dating Violence
• Campus Sexual Assault
• Elder Abuse
• Violence Against Native American Women
• Military Sexual Assault
• Human Trafficking

1. Members are asked to select the committee they want to work with during 2025. It’s important that each committee has members who can help plan events/projects.
2. NOTE: Even though you belong to one committee, you are welcome (and encouraged!) to participate in all projects/events put together by other committees.
3. At the Annual Meeting on November 19 sit with your Committee. A Signature Chair and Co-Chair will be selected. The 10 top Signature projects for GFWC-National, GFWC-IL, and 5/6th District will be distributed.
4. All committees will have an Organizational Meeting in January 2025.
