Hi, welcome to the girl power meet up group!
This group is created to welcome all those who wanna let loose and have some fun! Most importantly though, It is a platform for all young ladies from different walks of life to foster beautiful friendships and create wholesome bonds with one another through various social and sporty activities or events in a safe space!
Some of the activities that we will be planning out for the rest of the year would be but not limited to;

Girl power meet up is very excited to announce our first half-day excursion right here in downtown KL! Come with us to explore the world’s largest Bird Park right, followed by a visit to the Botanical Garden, just 11 mins walk from one another!

Walk For 12 Minutes from the restaurant to Botanical Gardens. Once there, we can explore the big park, along with it’s free attractions - Deer Park, Fish and Turtle Feeding and Walk under shady pathways made of trees or lay down in the grassSummary
We arrive at the Perdana Botanical Garden at 9.30am and wait for attendees who would like to purchase the ticket in person, Once there we enter the Bird Park Zone by 10am latest, Our Visit can last anywhere between 2 to 3 Hours, Once we have made our visit, we will have lunch at the ‘Hornbill Restaurant & Cafe’ and then head out to ‘Botanical Garden’ where we will visit several free attractions available there, we end our excursion by 2-3pm, You are free to stay longer if the weather permits and it is to your preference.Transportation
If you are driving, please note that all you need to do is enter into WAZE or MAPS, the location, “KL Bird Park” and it will bring you straight to the Entrance. The bird park has a small parking area for cars outside the park entrance. There is more parking space at the higher ground, and general car-parks within the area.Public Transportation
The closest train station to KL Bird Park is ‘Muzium Negara’ MRT Station and a 5 minutes drive is required to reach the destination or you can walk about 18 minutes to the destinationWeather & What to Wear

The Total Cost

21:30 AM - 22.30 PM : Leave from Kuala Selangor to KL Sentral (Drop-off Point)First Half of the Trip is to Kuala Selangor, a small town where the Selangor river meets the sea, formerly the old royal capital of Selangor. We will be exploring the hallmark spots in the area, namely Bukit Malawati with beautiful panoramic views and is home to friendly silver -leafed langur monkeys. Followed by a morning session of the Sky Mirror Tour and Evening Tour with Fireflies and Blue Tears Viewing.
https://www.kuala-selangor.com/Second Half of the road-trip is to Sekinchan, a small town in the middle of the main rice-bowl area of Selangor. It is the highest rice production per acre in Malaysia! You can see a magnificent view of a wide green paddy field on your right when you arrive in Sekinchan, we will go to the musuem to discover how rice is harvested. Additionally, we’ll be visiting a popular fishing village and Pantai Redang (Beach).

Weather & What to Wear
The climate can be hot and humid, so wear comfortable clothing, you are recommended to bring- Extra Pair Of Clothes : You may want to have a change of clothes after visiting the beach in Kuala Selangor in the morning. You can keep your backpack/bag in the tour van, under your seats, where it will be safe and we can use the changing rooms in Skymirror Jetty.
- Water : Although you are able to purchase water, I recommend you bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. You can keep it in the van as well

Pick Up Point & Drop-Off Point
The pick up point & Drop-Off Point is in KL Sentral Train Station, the Tour Van will be waiting for us in KL Sentral - Arrival Hall. We will leave at 8am Sharp, so please do arrive at 7.45am Latest. On the way back, we will arrive to KL Sentral Train Station by 10.30pm from Kuala Selangor.Disclaimer
