Are you New to the Sunshine Coast and over 50? and looking to make some new friends in a small and friendly group atmosphere at some lovely cafes ☕and restaurants 🍷around the Sunshine Coast area.
You may have just moved to the Sunshine Coast from another country, or maybe Interstate, or another City?
It can be difficult to arrive in a new place and have to start afresh meeting new people as you get older...so let's get together and share a bit about our stories and lives and at the same time sample some of the wonderful cafes and restaurants that are available to us on the Sunshine Coast.. I will be organizing a variety of Brunches, Lunches, Afternoon Teas and Dinners in and around the larger Maroochydore area and outlying suburbs. These will be held Monday to Friday only. (Not weekends)
We are a very small social group for Women New to the Sunshine Coast (specifically over 50) to meet in a small and friendly atmosphere of a cosy café or waterside restaurant while getting to know each other and hopefully make some new friends along the way.
The numbers at each venue will always be limited to 4-6 women so everyone is able to hear and talk and listen to everyone else at the table. This makes it easier to get to know people in a more real way rather than a large group where you end up talking only to the person next to you.
From February 2023 there will be an Annual (Non-Refundable) fee of $10 for every member which is to cover the costs that I have to pay to use the Meetup site and run this group. (This payment will cover the full year beginning February 2023 to the end of December 2023).
When you join our group, you will be sent the bank details with payment is required within 10 days please. 😊
