we meet at overtoun house car park above milton, off the A82, just before dumbarton, ref 426761, the walk starting at 10.30.

initially we head north on the path following overtoun burn, on to black linn reservoir and doughnut hill.

the walk then returns back to black lynn before heading off round the cliff edge top of lang craigs with its wonderful views over dumbarton and the firth of clyde.

the return is a simple route along the base of the craigs back to overtoun house.

Although this walk will be at a slow pace all participants must be appropriately fit and must have suitable gear ie. waterproof jacket and trousers, walking boots, warm layer, hat gloves, food and warm drink.
