This group is for remote workers, freelancers, digital nomads or those who are thinking about going remote based in or visiting Glasgow who are looking to connect with others, enhance their professional skills, and be part of a supportive and social community.
It's ideal for those of you who want to break the isolation of working remotely by engaging in collaborative, productive, and fun activities with like-minded people.
Whether you are a tech professional, a creative freelancer, or an entrepreneur, this group will hopefully offer a space for you to connect with like-minded individuals, collaborate on projects, and grow both personally and professionally in a supportive community.
Our mission is to create a dynamic community for remote workers and digital nomads in Glasgow who seek meaningful connections, professional growth, and a supportive environment. We aim to achieve this by:
- Providing regular coworking sessions and skill-sharing workshops to enhance productivity and professional development.
- Organizing networking events and social activities that foster collaboration and new friendships among the community.
- Creating a welcoming space where remote professionals can share resources, inspire each other, and build a vibrant community together.

Join us for the inaugural Glasgow Remote Workers Meet-Up!
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow remote professionals in the area, share experiences, and build a supportive community. It is also good for people looking to become remote workers or w simply have an interest to make great connections and learn.
The meetup will take place in Platform on the 21st November from 6-9PM.
This meet-up is all about making connections, exchanging tips, and discussing the joys and challenges of remote work.
Plus, we very much want the community to be part of driving our agenda and so this would be a great chance to brainstorm future events and activities for the group!
