It's the meetup from 2 pm to 4 pm. This month there will be a charge of £1 per person for the bar the staff. Please don't forget to register your attendance here on the webpage before the meeting otherwise there will be an additional charge of £1 if you turn up on the day and have not registered. NB The hotel does not accept cash therefore food and drinks must be paid by card etc.
